Carpet Replacment (Stock Color) or Different Color

So my pet peeve with all cars has always been salt build up, worn spots in the carpet, stains I can't remove no matter what I try. So my question is, how hard is it to change the carpet I know what I understand I would have to remove the seats and everything. Would the new carpet hold down as well as the stock.

Two more questions, is there other color carpets (aftermarket) available for the fit.
My 08 fit did not come with the .. ugh.. guess foot rest on the left for the manual model. Wondering if I was able to get one is it a simple installation and if I replaced the carpet would it be wise to do this install then.

Thanks guys

Heres some i was thinking about getting one day bec my stock ones got mold on them from getting wet. I like them better bec they have a gd emblem rather then a fit emblem.
