Left arm/elbow gel padding/rest?

Anyone have any solutions for a comfortable LEFT arm/elbow rest on the door parallel to the electric window switches, etc.?

There's already, of course, a rest there, but it's not soft and comfy.

Provide links, if you know a place that sells something that will work along there.

ZetaProducts.com carries door armrest pads that are listed for several different models of cars (non listed for Fits though). The pads are fairly inexpensive, and most of the pads that are shown would probably work on a GE Fit. The comfort of the door armrests in the GE's are a HUGE improvement over the GD3's. To suit your own comfort needs, you will just have to find some sort of pad and stick it on the door- maybe with Velcro.

It's actually Zeta Products, Inc. Quality Accessories For Today's Hottest Vehicles.

Thanks. Gave me some ideas. May just adapt a rest pad for working with a mouse or keyboard.

Hi check this thread. Occam one of the members on the forum made a DIY elbow rest.

Sorry- it's always Zetaproduct.net in my mind, but my fingers typed .com instead. Anyway, there are a lot of pads on the site that would work with maybe a little trimming.

Just a little warning: the "Arm Saver" looks exactly the same as a product that I bought years ago for my GD3. I could not use it, because it is not made to sit on the door arm rest. It has a flat plastic panel that fits on the inside of the window glass and is meant to stay on top of the window frame. The thickness of the pads and the height of the Fit window frame made this pad sit so high that it was not comfortable at all.
