Shift boot question

I have an 07 fit and was thinking of replacing the stock shift boot. Which company makes the leather boot with the tabs that fit into the stock location?

mugen.... you can easily modify the 06-2011 civic Si or Type R shiftboot to fit as well.

Really? That sounds like the way to go. Think you could find one on eBay maybe?

Look at this on eBay:

HONDA CIVIC NEW SHIFT BOOT for 2006 07 08 09 10 SHIFTER

Look at this on eBay:

Did you drill through the boot itself? And did you order the boot from a dealer?

You can also use a dc5 shiftboot. I am pretty sure it goes right in. Was doing some research on the topic. Please correct if I am wrong, because I also, with an 07 fit am thinking about replacing my shift boot that is peeling apart. Did look at mugen, dont like the black boot with yellow stitching. dc5 boot, black with red stitching is much more appealing.

DC5 boot is not a direct bolt in. You must do the same thing as the Si for it to work.

CorSport sells a black leather red stitches boot for $30. Also saw zeta products that sold them for $29.95 as well. They say made to fit the Honda Fit. Buying from them may be easier install.
