My brother had him modify a titanium knob for his WRX. Had him press in weighted bronze threads and burn it for him. Uber quick turn around and also quality work.
DecalDude brass knuckle shift knob, limited quantities available, all the red are being powder coated =D. 1.75" in diameter for those who dont like the larger 2" knobs which are most common. made of brass for extra weight, im guessing around 380 grams or so, gotta get a scale to measure it.
special pricing of only $55 shipped =O
The powder coated ones will be here the week after next, got about 11 colors i think being made up, some pretty sweet looking ones, cant wait to get them. Also will have a 2" version coming as well as other shapes.

Is there such a thing as too heavy counterweighted knob? basically what i want to know is if there's a drawback to having a heavy knob... i've never owned one myself or even tried one!
btw this will be with T1R SS and H-fit hard bushings

i had a skunk2 knob and didnt like it. had a buddy club plastic knob and didnt like it. i have a mugen dildo and loooove it
I'm looking to get the GF4 from WC Lathe Werks, but i don't know if i go with hybrid, copolymer or stainless... if i chose to have metal on it i would like a blue finish... but i want copolymer so i don't burn/freeze my hand!
Yes, there are! It is harder to get the mass moving in the first place, so sometimes you might not time your clutch right, release it too early, and grind the gear. It's avoidable, but something that needs to be minded. Will smoothen out a short shift kit's "notchiness" though.
ditto. there's little to no effort in shifting the Fit. i had a spoon aluminum knob on my gd3 then i tried a myriad of different knobs but ended up with the spoon again. i found that compact and pistol grip knobs work best... for me anyway.
The one knob I've been eying for a while
Looks good!
I have the same knob for my GD, and I love it!
