A part is missing, is yours missing?

I was taking the center console out to put sound deaden on my car, and I found out that little pieces below is missing. Is yours missing?

It's supposed to be missing. RHD are the exact opposite...

I think it connects to something when you install the console, can't remember exactly. Nothing to be alarmed about though.
