Swift Sport Springs Review thread (pics)
My experience with SWIFT springs, resulted in my K20A starving itself of its life blood in my old TeggyR. I installed them and the next day had a gymkhana event with a bunch of Honda mechanics and on my 4th run, I heard that wonderful sound that told me metal to metal grinding was going on. 
Honda covered the motor under warranty, but the springs generated so much more g loading compared to the stock springs it was incredible and a real blast. And this was using just Neova AD07s and not the A048s I used later down the road. Needless to say, the rebuild also included a special baffled oilpan from Joe at Prototype Racing.
Tohatsu is a/the premier spring maker here in Japan. For just a lowering spring on stock sussy, I really don't believe you can purchase a better spring.

Just saw this thread for the first time. Nice choice on the Swifts; I did a bunch of research too, and they will probably be what I get if/when I decide to lower my Fit.
Just to be clear on the Tanabes and what appears to be coil binding in the pictures. They are designed to do that. The lower coils are there to ensure that the spring maintains contact on full extension of the suspension. When there is normal weight on the car they come in contact with one another and therefore have no effect on spring rate.

I am not trying to show that they bind. I am showing the amount of stroke the swift has compared to the Tanabe with the same amount of drop.

I just ordered my Swift Sport Springs last night from Evasive Motorsports. Man, I'm stoked after reading this thread! Can't wait to install them!
I started a thread about camber kits in another area. I've found a lot of conflicting information in the forum, especially related to the '09 Fit. Is there any definitive answer as to whether a front/rear camber kit is necessary to get the alignment right with the Swift setup? It sounds like the '09 doesn't require a rear kit.

I can't say for the 09', but my 07' did not need any camber kit at all. The mild drop changed my alignment just a bit off. I personally would not fall for the camber kit unless your drop is much more than swift springs. Good choice on springs you won't regret it. A lot of the pictures don't do the springs justice b/c it is kinda hard to judge.

I put on my Swifts, drove about 100 miles and then got an alignment.
I did not need a camber kit. It was within spec except at one corner and it was barely out--that was in the rear and I'm rotating frequently anyways.

You could probably do it right away with the swifts though, because from what I have read, they aren't going to sag at all. Amazing stuff.

Thanks for the feedback on nixing the camber kit. I just wanted to make sure that I wasn't wasting money on a pointless cheap add-on.
My Fit is my daily driver, so as far as the suspension goes, I didn't want to deviate too much from stock - I'm more into "go" than "show" - so my upgrades are going to be geared more towards a pro-stock feel. After doing a lot of homework, I settled on the Swift springs since they seemed to have the best performance/handling properties that left the suspension as close to stock settings as possible.

Tanabe Concept G Exhaust
Unorthodox Racing pulley kit

I put my Swifts in back in Apr? May?. Still not aligned and I do not see any unusual wear.
