help
well for a GD3 let me tell you that this tire size is huge, but stock offset is +45
if you have a GE8, 14" never was an option (i could be wrong) but if i recall (forgive the if's, i've never owned a GE8) it was +50 offset
if you're going with 14 on a 2009-2012 check the brake clearance as very few rims will clear them...

Huge but works, although
I'd drop back to the 65 aspect ratio and lose a tad of height if I did it again.
Then rub would most likely be a non-issue.
Dec 24 I'll be home for 2 weeks and will be able to pook & see where the rub is & what the offset is (stamped on the steel wheel somewhere, I've been told) 45 sounds right. Just need to make sure and see where the rub is to know what direction to go. It only does the rub with me (245 #s) in the drivers seat, with my wife (94 #s) in the drivers seat it NEVER rubs. Maybe if I lost about 55 #s it wouldn't rub. Since I last drove the car I've lost 15 #s, only 30 #s more to go.
Thanks for staying with me on this one, I know that I am opposite of a strong trend. Just so they all know, my 72 Mustang is lowered 2"s with lowering springs from Eaton. This is being done purely to keep from having to repair the plastic under the front bumper & engine/transaxle area for the 3rd time.
