17" inch wheels on fit sport

hey i was looking at some 17x7 work emotions, i have been hunting around but haven't found a straight answer would a +42 or +47 offset be better (I am lowered on swift springs) I don't want to rub, but would to a little bit of shaving or rolling if i could get something that looked better.
thx
thx
Only the 47mm offset will work if lowered if you are using 205/40x17 tires.

[quote=japspeed;323020]do you think a 42 offset on a 17 is going to rub any worse than my 38 offset 15, also i am using 195/55/15, and would be using 205/40/17. and im dropped on df210, i have looked in the will it rub or fit section and could not find anything.
Its all over the shoes postings. 205/40x17 on 42 mm offset works fine unlowered and if you lower nothing less than 45 up to 50 is necessary..

I just ordered springs and I am going to see if my ff7's still fit on the car well and don't rub if they do rub then I am probably going to sell them.

any pics of 17s w/sportlines? I have been searching like crazy for pro kits and sportlines with 17s. I have some 14lb 17x7 +45 and want progressive springs with a nice drop and nice ride. I put 5000 miles on my fit in the first 2 months. Anyone running TPMS on thier 17s?

Thats a nice stance. I really want to put my 17s on with that drop, especially since the 45 offset will clear. They are 14lbs so it wouldn't hurt performance. The black car looks super clean with black wheels w/red lips. I haven't seen any pro kits to compare to, but the ground controls always ride and handle well. Can't believe koni doesn't support the vehicle
