URGENT Question 195/45/15s on GE8

I am in need of new tires. I came across a set of wheels and tire combo .

Was wondering if 195/45/15s on GE8 will throw my speedo off too much?

Any pics?

Thanks!

If my math is correct those tires would be about 9% smaller than stock, so if your speedometer read 70mph you'd actually only be going about 64mph. So, yes your speedometer and odometer would be off quite a bit. Also, those tires are going to look tiny unless your lowered IMO. On the plus side they should give you a noticeable boost in acceleration.

Thanks Dustin.

I checked the Tire Calculator and you are correct.

Too Bad I cant utilize the Tire as I want it to be as close as Stock Dia. as possible.

No problem. I tried 195/50/R16's for a little while, which would be much closer to stock diameter but still a little smaller, but even those were noticeably smaller in height from the stock tires. I'm at stock ride height and just really didn't like the way they looked. Right now I'm on 205/50/R16's which look much better and are basically identical to stock diameter.

Ya I think I am skipping 15's altogether. I am not dropped or anything so I think the Gap would bother me.
