I'm looking at a set of wheels supposedly off a 93 Sentra that are 4x100, 15"x7" and trying to figure out if those will fit (pun intended). I apologize profusely already for the relatively stupid question, but any help would be great. Will the 7" size be an issue? I think the stock 15" wheels are 6"...

 

Have you compared center bore? If the Nissan is smaller than the fit, then it's probably not worth thinking about the rims anymore.

 

Need to know the wheels' offset.

Since they are 15x7 I assume they are aftermarket. Bore will not be a problem, even OEM Nissan is 59.1 which is bigger than Honda so that's fine.
