Man, I'm ALL IN for a grill like that... I've been waiting for someone to make a new grill. What do you need to get this done?!?!

Im guessing he would just need to make a mold of our front bumper, maybe someone local to him can lend him the car. Or maybe the stock grill he can make to the same specs somewhat. This wont be produced for a while though he was just getting in opinions on the design.

If theres enough interest for this I would just buy the bumper and build on that.

Well, you definitely got me interested! I don't think I can send you my bumper though... shipping would be a lot! And a drive to Chitown aint a drive to the park...

But I am definitely interested

Why don't you consider making a badgless replica variation of the 09 Mugen grill?

I personally think the mugen grille is ugly. Let's just stick to one design so we can gather the interest to get it done. Don't want to make i-kona compete with himself :P or have to make 2 of the same product for the same car.

Threads that are to gauge interest in a product/service belong in the Gauge Interest sub-forum.

as i was making this i noticed that the mesh is almost necessary cuz the latch would be out in the open... not trying to thread jack... but also closed the hood.
