Looks like a pretty good deal, wish I could afford it.

That said, I'm not super tempted by throttle controllers . . . I'm still waiting for someone to offer a product (or an ECU re-flash) that provides a completely flat throttle response. i.e. if I push the pedal 1%, the throttle opens 1%. Same goes for WOT, and all the points between. Guess I'd just rather have my right foot be my throttle controller, not some computer.

I have a feeling that retro-fitting to a cable throttle would probably make more sense for me.

Has anyone put a cable controlled throttle body on a fit with the stock engine yet?... This T/C has a lot of different settings that should be able to closely model a direct cable actuated throttle.

What's that old story about how in the space race NASA spent millions of dollars developing a pen that would work in zero-gravity, while the russian's just used a pencil?

Assuming there's a bolt-on throttle body w/ a cable-actuated butterfly (maybe from an older Honda model), there's nothing too tricky logistically about setting up a throttle cable. Dealing with the ECU and fast cold-idle valve would be the bigger headache, I imagine.

That makes me think about the M-16 I carried in Vietnam after training and qualifying with the M-14.... I am a low tech kind of guy, I even love the torsion beam rear suspension on my car.

Sir, Our kit will give your more out of your relfashed ECU after you get your ECU reflashed.

Again, same words. Just like all the invention. Technology makes life more fun and easier.
I think the best part of this kit is the flexibility in hand!!!

Today I am realizing how insane I am, sitting in a comfortable chair, communicating with people all over the world from a laptop computer, calling myself low tech after enlightening an old friend all of the advantages the internal combustion engine has gained in recent years from computer technology....
