i'm gonna see if the hood bra still works on it. the lil' frame that latches on all the corners might hold it but yeah. might be a chance it prob wont stick on hood. oh wells. maybe i can bring it to a vancouver fitfreak meetup and see if i can sell it for cheap.

thanks for the advice about saving the rubber stoppers.. i wonder if JDP ran into simular problems installing during his 'test' prototype??

 

some type of shrinkage an warping can not be avoided unless you go hi-tech like vac forming and other molding an curing techniques

it's coming...found an imperfection on the hood...so i'm working that out....it'll ship out no later than tuesday.

the thing i love about 3 of us getting these CF hoods happens to be that we're all SSM fits. i might jack this one and say 'yea. it's my ride.' love this pic man!

 

wow, i think i might need to jump on this band wagon except i have a BSP, and i dont think anyone else on that list does id be a first. time to count my money lol

 

drove the fit downtown Chicago earlier and it turned a few heads... have to admit, it has become quite a looker just by adding the hood B)

got my hood. corners look good. haven't unwrapped the whole thing though
