really??...it's just four bolts...2 at each corner point of the hood. If you really need them I can take pics for you...but it might be best if you found someone a bit more knowledgeable about this than you. You will still have to adjust for alignment and height which can be a bit more complicated.

to remove oem hood... remove bolts that hold the hood itself, two bolts each side. DO NOT REMOVE HINGE.

JDP hood uses FIXED BOLT. to install JDP hood... I used this order:
HOOD>>HINGE>>WASHER>>LOCK WASHER>NUT do not over tighten

dont forget the issue about the 4 point rubber stoppers. seems to be issue of either removing the front two, and/or either filing down the others etc. speaking on the subject of fit-ment issues. anybody else having problems closing/locking the hood back in place after u pop the hood? i dunno if i'm soooooo overly careful and how light the hood is. but i found i have to pretty much slam the hood down pretty firmly just to get it to lock again.??? or was the OEM hood that much heavier that the weight made it lock in place 'naturally' without much effort?

I don't slam... I don't advise "slam"... all i do is close down and apply just enough weight with my hand to enable locking mechanism to engage... done.

the rubber stoppers that needs to be removed are the two near the locking mechanism. with the two rubber stopper left... push and screw down like tightening a bottle cap, don't be afraid to apply pressure on those stoppers while screwing. screw down until the stoppers are a little slanted and pointing inward or outward. test if hood can be shut closed and locked. if not, continue with the process until you will be able to close the hood.

This would be nice to know, snow is not fun in the winter especially having to leave my Fit parked outside. :-(
