This is the best I could do for comparison of the back side. The reddish area is the fit and the underlying grey is the civic part so it does look like the plate would work as all the bits that need to line up do. Since the O-rings are shared between vehicles we can be sure that the scaling is correct.
Great! Thanks for all the info @tyrtill. I'm going to get the ebay one you linked (looks like it's the same as the vivd racing one but cheaper). I'll let you know how goes.
The bottom hole is off by quite a bit. If you look at the adapter in @JingJangJoe 's post, the bottom hole angles in the opposite direction of the one in the 2016+ Honda Civic kit. The top holes are only off by a little bit though.
That’s strange.
It almost looks like it would fit if the plate was flipped over.
I wonder if one of the parts pictures I had was mirrored before I downloaded it.
Congrats on the successful installation. Would you mind sharing where you get the kit from and the connection route as well? I have the same problem with my CVT. Had to change fluids at 16,000km because it feels very sluggish although it's almost brand new. Car drives much smoother now which is what it's supposed to
