you could weigh your oem one, and compare to the above #s
So I found this after some digging

OEM axleback: 4.1kg
HKS Silent Power: 3.0kg

2.2 pounds. Saw it on a youtube video where they weighed them and installed the HKS. which would mean the bisi axleback saves 5.5 lbs.

I installed an RV6 catted downpipe ahead of the pulse chamber. It is now rip snorting loud! The tone was low, aggressive, and controlled before but now unacceptably irritating and dare I say it Honda farty when on the gas. Going to have to put the stock muffler axle back back on for now. So I can only recommend the Bisimoto with the stock downpipe. It just really sounds too free flowing now its so loud. This is my review from inside the cabin. I haven't heard how it sounds from the outside yet and don't really care to.

Working on selling the Bisi. It was nice while it lasted but I plan on trashing the stock downpipe. Stock muffler is now back on and peace is restored. I may next swap the OEM axleback for a weld in Thermal R&D or Magnaflow muffler.

pure curiosity..... did you feel a power loss?

call me crazy but.... when I went from Bisi to Buddy Club TI, I felt a slight loss of throttle response, and a loss in the mid end

I would say it feels and sounds less responsive but is it really? The stock exhaust does such a great job of isolating us from what is going on with the engine. I've spent less than 30 minutes driving around with the stock muffler and I already miss the way the Bisimoto sang to me. Now driving is more of a task than an experience. RV6 Catted downpipe + stock exhaust on my 13 Si yielded a bassier exhaust note. Doing the same to the GK Fit yields no difference although it is probably a touch louder.

I want to fabricate this one for my car,, is it just a small closed pipe welded to a thicker pipe?

Thanks for the measurement but also curious if it just a hollow pipe or things or technology is being used inside that muffler

PFM!!

It is hollow but uses wave cancellation technology to create the distinct sound. Bishi is a smart dude and has some smart people working for him.

Fitament issues

I might have missed it- but with the fitament issues- could they be caused by the fact that the people installing them had a cvt trans?
i see white a few exhausts that say "for manual trans only, not for use with cvt" so i cant help but wonder if those are the issues we are running into as opposed to year issues.

Im definately considering going with this exhaust for my 2020 sport 6mt
