Hi!

Why I just cannot eard the compressor of the A/C anymore ?
A/C on or off, there is no difference, the compressor does not
start... Is it because it's to cold outdoor (-10C) ???

Mine is fine, I would take yours to a dealer and have it checked.

In winter your a/c system should still need to use the compressor to keep humidity down (that's why turning off a/c in recirc mode causes the windows to steam up).

 

After paying more attention, I can now told you that it work correctly...
