Just confirmed today that my fit has been ordered. Should arrive sometime in early March, ordered from frank ancona honda here in KC. paying MSRP and required a deposit of 500 bucks. I'm Stoked, just hope my old car can last for 2.5 months.

it gives you time to save up on parts! you know you're gettin' it, so start finding little things to make it your own.

 

and one salesman told me i can't order specific model and color for the fit grrr

 

so you can order a Fit, when one comes in, you have to take that one? if you can choose not to, then i don't see the reasoning in them allowing you if you say, " i'm only going to take one when you get x color x trans x model in."

 

They did whats called an "internet trade" basically they have on order a random fit, and some other dealership has on order some other random fit. so they swap order numbers and get the one that i requested.

 

well i think they give a vin# when you order so i'd imagine if i refuse to take delivery of the car with the vin#, then my deposit will be taken away from me. i can probably refuse and wait longer until they find me the color and model but what's the point in ordering one if that's the case.
