sounds just like me, i got hit while pulling into the driveway at my work, ripped my bumper clean off and messed up the body structure, cracked the taillight.. the guy ran away but i chased him and got the plate... 1900 miles, should be out of paint jail next week.........

 

i just got my fit back from the shop, i was t-boned by a ford cargo van... took out the whole driver's side... $4000 damage...

one thing i WILL suggest: bring it to a respectable dealer for repair, it might take longer to get your car back, but it will be worth it.

 

yeah the place i went to is very well respected... hence 2 grand to fix a tiny dent... they explained why it was so expensive and how it could be done cheaper but would not come out as good as if they did it...
