Door assisted speaker phone

So I recently noticed that if I put my phone on speaker and then put it in the door handle hole it becomes 2x louder. It's like the phone speaker makes the door resonate turning it into a big speaker. Don't need a hands free kit anymore. haha

I have a Moto KRZR and it fits perfectly facing up (speaker located on the bottom), doesn't really work unless the speaker is facing down.

Just another thing I noticed about the fit, 350 miles so far.

Wow thats crazy!
I know that when i have my iPhone on its car dock plugged in, when i get a call the music fades out and all 4 speakers turn into phone speakers. Then i can talk handsfree. Its a very cool iPhone integration i didnt know about.

I use my iPhone the same way. It I have to put the radio volume all the way up (factory). Still nice though!! Do you have a problem with the speaker in the phone not working after its unplugged?

Doesn't the GSM signal interfere with the speakers? My T-Mobile phone and AT&T blackberry both interfere with speakers, but only if it's close to said speakers (or at least the cabling for it).
