Angry Keyless Remote Lock -- 4 beeps & flashing parking lights

A strange thing started to occur over the weekend and I can't get it to stop:

When pressing the lock button on my keyless remote, my Fit lets out 4 short horn bursts accompanied by 2 flashes of the parking lights. It locks all doors, except the driver-side door. I've checked all doors to make sure that they are completely shut, but this still occurs

The Owners Manual explains nothing about this. The only way I can currently get all doors to lock right now via the keyless remote is to press lock once then again within 5 seconds. Anyone know how to fix this? I have a standard dealer alarm equipped (Karr).

Sounds like something's not right, maybe a short or something. The only variation I know with the alarm is that it will not honk if a door is left open or the hood is left open. Never heard of 4 honks and 2 flashes, bring it down to your dealer and have them take a look at it; should be under warranty.

This doesn't sound like a keyless entry feature (I installed the honda one on my Base fit). It sounds more like a security system feature. The two systems are interconnected but not the same. Check the manual that came with your security system.
