At -45 there are so many rattles, (including my bones) I don't pay much attention to it anymore.....

I've had the same issues and approached Honda dealerships for the fix.

I've identified 2 rattles - one coming from the upper left corner of my dashboard where the dash meets the windshield, and the other coming from somewhere deeper, either in the dash or between the dash and the engine bay. I've heard it being described as a loose heatshield....

The windshield - dashboard rattle was fixed by Honda on the first go...they just put a wackload of felt in the corner. But the heatshield rattle....OMG....it is driving me nuts. I must have taken my '07 in almost 5 times now, each time for that issue. Each time it goes away for about 20 minutes....then it's back. It's more of a buzz than a rattle, and happens around 2500 RPM, regardless of which gear you are in.

I don't know what to do. Everytime it goes to Honda....I'm car-less for a day, and ultimately they haven't fixed it.

Anyone with a solution....I'm all ears!
