Removing Air bag warning stickers

Has anyone removed the small airbag warning stickers on the US Fit sun visors? I didn't want to start and be surprised that they wouldn't come off cleanly. I assume that to get the large ones off on the inside of the visor is going to take chemicals (not that important because they're usually not visible).

Thanks.

It probably just can't be resold without them-technically.

I'll admit that I have thought about it too. Stand in front of the car with the visors down and you will see how ugly they are.

I just didn't want to look at them - they're bright tags warning you not to put children or car seats in the front seat. I don't have or drive young children around in my car and find it irritating to be warned every time I get in the car of something I never do.

At least they're not as irritating as the one's I have in my Boxster. They have a big icon on the visor showing a child in a car seat being squished by the air bag, surrounded by one of those big red circles with a line through it.

I also didn't know it was illegal, so I'll probably leave them alone - but still don't like them.

What is the deal with having a child (older than car-seat age) in the front. They make a big deal about having smart airbags that detect height and weight and then tell you not to put a child up there? Anybody know how tall/old the kids need to be? what happens if you have a small, lightweight adult up there that is the same size and weight as the child?

sorry if this is a little off subject!
I should just ask the dealer...

One simple solution is to get that top part of the windshield tinted.

Three reasons:

1. Liability
2. Liability
3. Liability

The front passenger seat is the most dangerous seating position in the car.
