Alignment + vibration + steering ???????

Hi !

I just want to know if you owner of Fits have or had any
problem w/ the car alignment (pulling to the left/or right) or
any kind of steering vibration at speed (+100 km/h) or any
speed ???

I had these problem w/ my last Honda (2005 CR-V) and I'm
a bit anxious for when I will take delivery of my new Fit.

Thanks for you help... please make me feel better

Philippe

Different factory, different vehicles, and diffrent engineering and components.
I wouldn't worry about it but be sure they check the tire pressure when you take delivery. They are supposed to check that and many other things in the "prep" step which is "free", by the way. You should never pay for vehicle prep on a Honda according to my sources and report it if you do get charged.

When I was thinking to buy a CR-V a while back, my research
turned up that this problem was a CR-V quirk. Probably
something to do with the 4-wheel drive system.

No vibrations and straight ahead with no hands on the wheel

I think I'm a bit parano because of the realy bad
experience I had w/ my CR-V... Still driving it until
the dealer get my Fit... I hate my CR-V !

Thanks,
Philippe

A wheel might be out of balance for a shimmy. Alignment issues can make it not drive true or uneven tire pressures

Oh no it's not... not after 4 sets of tires and 2 sets of wheels...
by the way, still pulling to the right after about 10 alignment...
different shops and dealers...

Ok, enough !
