Really? The US doesn't get the white RSX w/ black interior? Comes as quite a suprise considering the market it would have in the US...

I really love everything about it, but since you ask, I guess more little storage spaces would be nice. Also, they should have a locking fuel door.

These are picky little things. This car is the most perfect vehicle for me I could imagine.

Agree with bitterspeak- I don't have anything in truck or else I'd have the seats upright. Thank for the clarification

Something I miss from my Jetta -- the power windows continued to function until a door was opened. I find myself putting the key back in all the time, of course until I adapt...

I suspect the base Fit requires key action every time?

I think it offeres MORE than what you'd expect from a 15k vehicle. I said this many times; i used to think 15k is a lot but after seeing all the good benefits of the fit, the fit is steal.

a lot of ppl complain about no temperature, but i don't mind. i drove my second hand civic for many years, and i never had a heat problem so i never really had to look at it.
And if you forget to look at it when a temperature problem arises, it could leads to major damages but with the lights indicators you can't miss it when flashing. It's a pretty good thing.

All the above. I like so much the Fit that I go nowhere with it at night or just try the seats in refresh mode. :-)
The gas tank bump under the front seats could be irritating but I'm getting used now.
No automatic doors unlocking/locking when stoping the engine or when disengaging the hand brake like Civic 2003. But in this world, nothing can be perfect! Very very very fun to drive, nice VTEC engine, cool Speed Volume Control, no rolling at all in curves, seems so light. Plan to drive it to death!

And one last thing:
When going out, it's possible to lock doors without the key so you can forget the keys in and be locked out unlike the civic where you need the key to lock doors.

Nothing but fun and function... built like a bank vault!
Only negative, "orange peel" paint... and with a few more coats of polish, that won't be a problem!

I just wish the doors would unlock, when I go to open the door. I have a habit of locking the doors with my elbow, and it's kinda freaky that you have to use the unlock button on the driver's door, just to get yourself out of the car. I could see it being a safety issue, in the event of an accident.

I think it's a lot of car for the money. I also don't think there's any point complaining about stuff that you could know beforehand (like lack of sunroofs and stuff) in the context of the original question.

The only thing I have found after driving the car for a couple of hundred miles is that I wish the driver's seat back would go up another notch closer to vertical. Maybe I am weirdly proportioned but if my legs are fine my arms are slightly too far for the wheel, and if my arms are the right length my legs are too bent. I could solve this problem with the seat at very near 90 degrees but it doesn't seem to have a lock position that far up.

Otherwise it's a great little car for the price.

PS. I live in a rural area with unlighted roads and my low beams seem fine... strange. Maybe an adjustment issue on only some vehicles? I also haven't had heard any sloshing. The A/C is adequate, but is weaker than other cars people might be used to - putting the air on internal circulation seems to do the trick for me (I live in a tropical climate).

I agree, but then again it makes me think that maybe the car is harder to steal cleanly...

If anyone is having a/c problems, I'd have it checked. It can't get much hotter and humid than it does in Florida and my Fit could give me the chills if I cranked up the a/c even half way.
i can agree of getting the a/c checked...i live in florida to and the system works well...note my car is black

Sorry my base is not as cool as the Sport, but I think it's wonderful just the same.

Regardless, it does not require key action every time. People were wanting to pop the hatch from the driver's seat and while it won't "pop" open, the PL button on either the sport or the base will unlock the rear hatch so you can then open it.

Still looking, but my wishes/missing features are:
1) sunroof
1) extra gear for manual
3) driver seat height adjustment and lumbar support
4) armrest (but there are at least 3 choices to fix that that I've seen...)

1) locking gas door (remote unlock from inside car)
2) cargo cover should be standard

Glad that sunroof isn't standard on sport trim, i hardly use it in any car i owned that has one, it also adds weight which this car doesn't need more of. Wouldn't hurt if it's available, so others can opt for it.

Mmm..

-- with the seat at a comfortable distance for steering and the clutch, the gas pedal is too close and gives my ankle a cramp.

-- headlights too low

-- clutch engagement is a bit narrow

Other than that, everything's great!
