Help..front lower lips separated

I have a 2008 Fit Sport. The OEM front lower lip (half way right side) is kinda separated. I was wondering if anyone have the same problem. If you do, any trick of how to glue it together ?

Screw or zip tie it back.

the bracket underneath is probably bent or torn off, maybe you gotta jack up the car or remove it for a better look
