Fit Sport: Anyone Figure Out the "Disc-" and "Disc+" Stereo Buttons?

Can't figure that one out!! AFAIK every car maker that has a multi CD accessory uses buttons on the head unit to operate it. The CD changer is not standard fit but is available from dealers. I expect you will eventually get it in the US (along with the roof rack and trailer hitch)

The two buttons were carried over as a cost saving measure from overseas, but they still have a function for us here in the US. I have the MusicLink from Honda and those buttons change the mode for the Honda Link from Genre, Song, Artist etc. If they were only going to use it for the Honda Link it was kind of cheap of them not to update the stickers, but I think that Honda will roll out a 6 disc changer later making the change un-necessary.
