Anybody getting over 60MPG?

Best I did was 44mpg when driving through Colorado once. But the altitude actually helps mpg...
Currently I only average about ~32...I am quite heavy on the skinny pedal though.

I have a hard time finding highways that will let me do 55-59 and at the same time doesn't route me through little towns with traffic lights. If you(OP) added another gear it might be easier to get above 40, without riding the draft of an eighteen wheeler, and doing freeway speeds.

I beat on mine pretty much all the time . The trip to PA last week was 36 average but the ECU has learned that 80mph is not a point to stop going faster. haha. I'm happy w/ the performance but if she ain't filled w/ Exxon hitest gotta goo Hailie said we got :hot brownies: ccccccccccccccccccccccccyall

Stock GD FD is 4.29:1, I recall the GE being close that that... is there really a 3.23:1 FD?
With just that FD swap alone and enough power, you would be pulling an extra 5mph in 4th at stock redline vs 5th at redline with stock FD
MFactory Competition Products - Forged Transmission Components
The car would be a complete dog, and 4th and 5th would become almost if not entirely unusable.

I have no idea where that number came from, i'm working on it.
Edit:
Here is the info, I have no idea if it's legit, I couldn't find anything on the web confirming these numbers???
Well this will not be a mod in the future, the Transmissions have basically the same 5th gear ratio (0.757) JDM Transmissions: 5th gear is 0.756, NADM Fit: 5th gear is 0.757. To lower the cruising rpms the final drive will need to switched to the JDM 3.23 and the car will not accelerate as quickly but MPG should improve

You can call it BS all you want, but have never seen this car show anything less than 38 mpg, and that is when driving in the city all the time. 40+ mpg is nothing to get on the hwy.

I ran a tank of Sheetz gas three weeks ago.... 33.3 was the best i could get. Stopped at the exxon station today with the gas light on... 5 minutes later i'm on the highway and by the time i get home (25 miles) im at 46mpg CRAZY!!

I've done over 40, like 41 or so on a high speed highway trip. Most of the time I'm more like 29.. I could probably do much better but I tend to have a bit of a heavy foot.
I don't doubt over 40 at all. I think between 40-45 is quite possible...
However, I call shenanigans on 50-60+... how is that possible across a FULL tank without doing something like removing the seats and/or interior linings or otherwise significantly modifying the car? I mean, maybe if you seriously hyper-mile you can get slightly over 50... but... it sounds like a stretch to me...
and if you do get these MPGs... I think you are obligated to teach a course! :P
