I think my exhaust system from the end of the B pipe to the outlet is pretty unique.... It has a 2 1/2" Apexi exhaust control valve with a 3" stainless steel Vibrant flange that allows some exhaust flow when the valve is completely closed... Next is a 2 1/2" flange welded to a Vibrant resonator with a 2 1/2" flange welded to it, followed by another 2 1/2" flange welded to an AeroTurbine 25-40i stainless steel muffler with a 4" core and outlet... The header, down pipe and B pipe are Megan products that I chose to use based on what JDMChris had to say about how they performed on his car except that I cut off the end of the B pipe where it had a flange welded to it with a 1 1/2" outlet and had a 2 1/2" flange welded in its place.....With the exhaust control valve, I can tone the sound down a bit when I need to or partially close it and get a little more torque at lower revs at less throttle when I climb the steep hill by my neighbor's house when I drive past after they have gone to bed... With the resonated down pipe, the large resonator on the B pipe along with the Vibrant resonator and the muffler I thought it would be fairly quiet, but I was wrong... The exhaust control valve helps but a whole lot of the noise is from intake noise... I imagine it will be even worse when I install the Weapon R intake manifold and have the throttle body bore enlarged.

Yep, TC, I remember a while ago this fabrication of yours was brought up by someone wondering what would happen if he could pull this off. Then you jump'd in and told him that "You've been there done that!" Wish you had some pics for this mod..

@vinnymac.... Winter got here yesterday and the wet, cold, windy weather has aggravated my arthritis so It may be awhile until I am under the car again....I really need to get my Buddy Club front coil overs put on and a whole lot of other stuff.... Being able to lower the rear a little bit with the rear shocks and springs has brought the front end enough that I haven't been scraping the front lip and they have compensated for the reduced weight in the rear end from removing the rear seats and spare... I'm still playing with the damping adjustment .. I like the way it handles and it isn't horribly harsh riding but I can still reduce the stiffness by a few more clicks...

WOW!!!! I thought I was playing a video game. Now that's unique!!! Good job Mike!!!

After seeing a Civic with a Mugen kit which had a hyper flashing 4th brake light in the location where a tow hook would be, I've been wanting something similiar. After a quick search I found a video of it ---> Mugen Si - YouTube I think that was the same car I saw on the hwy... small world. Also found the link to the site that sells them ---> Kplayground 43 LED Brake Light Pad

Damn mod bug...

The VIP table looks nice!!! Matches your great VIP car! Great looking car. When the table is not in use is there any mounting hardware/tape visible? I was thinking about that.... eventually.
Lately I've been really thinking of getting a set of DH's but the $$$$.

I think pagan rituals like dressing up dead trees placed in a prominent place in your house, putting ornamental socks on the mantle of an artificial fireplace and taking little kids places where they can sit on the lap of a fat bearded dude in a red suit so they can tell him what toys he can bring them from the North Pole must in some way relevant but damned if I can figure out why.... I am pretty sure my father was puzzled by these things too.. Christmas was the one day a year that he closed his business and stayed home to cook big meals and get shitfaced drunk..... Peace on Earth and good will toward man.... That sounds like a sissy bleeding heart liberal idea, that is strangely supported by cutthroat capitalist that rake in huge profits while paying crap wages to their employs that stock the shelves and fill the cash registers with your money you pay taxes on when you make and when you give it to them... Now the damned flashbacks of the Christmas Eve of 1968 are coming in loud and clear.... It was insane like all of the rest of them but one of my favorite memories, except for the part about the rocket attack that afternoon.

Flashbacks... etc.

I hear ya TC! Go figure... Companies file for bankruptcy and before they close the doors, the CEO gets a bonus check while the people on the ground level are out of a job! Yeah, happy holidays!

Well no fireworks like yours TC, but Christmas on a bird farm in the middle of the Indian Ocean... stringing up popcorn on sticks (before email and internet)... waiting for mail call...

Hey Vinny, don't need a green Christmas tree in the tropics... Driftwood or coffee tree laced up with puka shells and macadamia nuts - the island version! Of course wrapped up with CF, blinking LEDs and Hella horns to the sound of Rudolf (Vinny version) - UNIQUELY ISLANDER!
