hi guys, first time poster here. Hoping to be a Fit owner soon.

I was wondering if there was more information on when the 3rd-gen Honda Fit will be launched in US.

What I'm hearing is it will be launched in the US in "summer 2014". So what happens between now and summer 2014? Are the 2013 model Fit's being sold from now until then? So even in the spring of 2014, before the 3rd-gen is launched, the dealers will still be selling the 2013 models???

Or, perhaps the new 3rd-gen will be launched in "summer 2014" as a 2015 model, and the current 2013 Fit will continue through 2013, and we'll see it again as a 2014 model.

 

They will continue to sell 2013's until the 2014's show up to replace them. All manufactures do this.

honda is always hush hush about these things even to the dealers it seems. they will try to sell out as much 2013's before the 14's arrive. new MY arrivals usually start in the Fall... so im thinking west coast will begin seeing them late 2013.
