Attaching a snow plow to the tow hook holes

I'm just wondering if anyone has attached a snow plow to the threaded tow hook holes. I have a 65-foot driveway and thinking of ways to make life easier when it snows.

Youll bend the front structure,, before you try this take the front bumper off and see if yhou trust what you see to plow snow..

BTW you can push more snow with a shovel than a 1500CC car can..

I had a Willys with a V8 4x4 chains all the way around and 5.38 gears.. about 10" was all it could push and then only if I got it while it was still fluff..

This, x2. A two-stage snowblower will be far more effective at removing the snow, and get it much further away. I probably have about 70' of driveway total, maybe a bit less, and unless it's very deep it takes maybe ten or fifteen minutes tops to clear it with my snowblower. (It's a shorter driveway but there's a parking/turn around space that goes off to the side, like a T, so it's a bit hard to estimate the equivalent length....)

There's only one tow hook attachment point in the front (at least on my Fit), so it would be very hard to mount any plow there. The structure of the car is not at all designed to take those sorts of stresses; it's not a body-on-frame vehicle, which is pretty much a prerequisite for a plow vehicle IMHO.

You'd run out of traction pretty quickly plowing with a Fit as well, I suspect.

Yeah...snow is pretty heavy to push around. Also all that on the (1) tow hook bolt...probably not gonna last. Buy a snow blower like these guys are suggesting and use that Fit for its purpose....good functional econobox stuff.
