I bought a 2016 Fit about a year ago and I’m happy with it overall but I really wish have SiriusXM radio. I talked to people at the dealership and asked a few people at few Custom Audio companies and no one could find any thing that would work. My Fit is the EX model, not the EX-L. It does not come with Navigation system or SiriusXM ready radio, and ALSO it does not have a AUX port. Does anyone have any Tips or know of any After market radios with SiriusXM ready radios that would work???

 

I put an Onyx Plus XM radio in a couple weeks ago. Easy install and works great. My Fit is a 2010 and it has the original radio with an aux in on the front panel. I'm surprised that yours wouldn't have the same. Maybe in the back of the unit?

 

The 2016 EX doesn't have the AUX port in front or back (which is why I went with the LX). The only options are to get a stand-alone unit and use the FM modulator that comes with the radio or put in a new head unit. If you put in a new head unit, be aware that you will lose the backup camera and some of the other controls in the car.

 

Sirius/XM updated their app and it now offers Apple Car-Play. I've been using the app through bluetooth and it does display the artist, song title and station, so this might be an option for those who have decent cell connections and enough data to stream.
