HELP!!!! I just went to my car and I can't get it started. Had to use the actual key in the fob to get the car open. ZERO battery power and this is a new battery. I also used my super battery jumper to jump the car and nothing at all.. no lights sound etc. WHAT can I do to fix this????

 

jump it, except take the ground wire and ground it to a metallic part on the car. if it starts, that means your battery cables are loose.

 

I tried jumping with one of those big lithium jumper batterys. No luck. Called AAA and they came with their BIG truck and jumped the FIT. It worked. I'm going to take the car to where I bought this battery and have it checked out. The battery was purchased in Jan this year.
