Daylight Running Light ("DRL")

Hi, if you note on your Owner's Manual and then in the Quick Start Guide; the Manual says that if the "DRL" indicator comes on when the ignition is On(II) and the parking brake is RELEASED, there's a problem. But, the Guide says that if the indicator comes on when the ignition is On(II), the headlights are off and the parking brake is SET, there's a problem. So which is it? When the light comes on when the parking brake is released, or when it is set? Anybody have a clue? Thank you very much for your time.

there's a problem if the light is on and the park brake is NOT pulled up. Most likely, yoru brake fluid is low if this happens
