2016 Fit EX 6MT Assembly Location

Is it correct that all 2016 6MT vehicles (LX/EX) will be built in Celaya, Mexico?

I think they have started building in the Japanese plants again, as I have seen several dealers with Japanese 2016 Fits.

But do those Japanese 2016 Fits have a manual transmission? Every one I have seen, including mine, is from Mexico. And right now, they are extremely scarce.
