Well basically there is nothing bad i have to say about this dealership. Went in looking for a Civic Hybrid for my mom, test drove that, she didnt like it then i spotted a BBP sitting in a corner of the dealership. It was pouring out but the sales person offered a test drive on that. First time my mom drove it, liked the acceleration and how nimble the car was. After we came back the guy was so nice he let me drive it around in the S mode, fell in love with it. Closed the deal in 2 hours and didnt pay 1 penny above MSRP. Great customer service and extremely friendly and respectful. Also had a white S2k CR and a Mugen Si in the lot. Would recommend it to anyone who lives in that area

 

I also went to spirit honda of el monte, the customer service was great and everything but i was able to get another dealership to drop down to $1,500 below MSRP so i had to go with them.

$1500 below MSRP? that's like 1k below invoice. Mind telling me where did you get yours at?

 

norm reeves, it wasnt super easy to get that price. Had to do a little haggling and i was sure to go on a day when i knew business was slow(raining and NFL playoffs were on)

 

I've been to Spirit Honda twice. First was to buy a used MINI which turned out fine. Some of the sales people are rather nice in the used car section, but the 2nd time I went to get my Fit it was kinda shady. Ken(or Kent I didn't really get a good grasp on his name) was polite and helpful, but the people above him who were trying to get me to buy a used '07 Fit for 18k were really fishy. There were even dings on both sides of the door... So I have mixed feelings about this dealership. It's good to know you had a pleasant experience though.
