Just had a disagreeable experience with the dealer I bought my Fit from in '09. The Fit had picked up a drift to the right, and it just so happened they had sent me some service coupons- one of them being for an alignment! The service rep appeared irritated that he could not talk me up to having a transmission service as well as the alignment, and seemed to blow off my idea that the toe and/or caster was off. When he called me to let me know the job was done he seemed amazed that I was right- the toe on the right wheel was off!
When I went in to collect the car & pay for the service I got the feeling it was an imposition on them to take care of me. After the service advisors yelled back & forth to each other, one dug up the file & escorted me to the cashier. At least she was nice!
Unless it is a warranty issue, I don't care how many coupons they send me, I'm not going back to them for service, parts or anything else!

I had stopped going there after they "lost" my on line appt for an oil change- 3 hrs wait for an "express" service????? I only went back this time because of the discount they sent me for the alignment I was having them do. From now on any repair deals they send me go straight into the shredder!!
