Here is an interesting fact that i just ran into. I repped 5 people yesterday between 5:29 and 6:27 and it said i was maxed out. I periotically tried (about once every 30 mins) and was able to start repping again at 12:55 am and i was able to rep 3 people before i was told i maxed out. In other words the sysem doesnt go off of your last rep given it goes off of the times that you gave the reps. for example if i repped 10 peopl and the system said i was maxed whatever time i repped the first person is when i could rep one again and so on and so on. If this doesnt make sense then i will try to clarify. I just thought that was interesting and figured i would post it.
