Last night I had 6 sake bombs and a good amount of sushi! Stuffed myself. Smiled all night Tired this morning but I'm still here.

You and me both man, today was the day the guy on my team left, and today my workload well more than doubled.

 

I got "talked" to about my constant web surfing. :[

 

ouch. guess we wont be seeing you that often M-F from 8-5 local time.

if i get talked to, that would suck. id be bored out of my mind half the time.

 

My boss was out for surgery for almost a month back towards the beginning of the year, and her boss used to sneak around and see how often we were online. Our productivity went up while she was out, but we all played online more too. She mentioned it in our first meeting after she came back and stared right at me the whole time she was talking about it.

 

im trouble shooting some electrical stuff in this apartment complex...gotta take down a lot of light fixtures, switches out of the walls trying to find where 1 20ft piece of wire is in 4 apartments that is hot and sending power down to the lobby of the complex to wires that are exposed from guys doing brick work and cutting into em... the whole place was originally wired back in the 50s or so. its all rag wire, insulation on em is crumbling off as soon as you touch it, wires break off and exploding from the bare copper touching the boxes of the fixtures...such a pain in the ass! no a/c in any of the apartments either so its at least 100º in there. takes less than 5 minutes to take down a fixture, 10 minutes tops to check out all the wires in there, and 25 minutes or more doing repairs on each one to put em back up safely! the whole place smells like wet dog too ;/ my helper is pretty much worthless too when it comes to trouble shooting...

WOOT WOOT, half day!!! My brother is getting his WRX tuned this afternoon so I'm skipping out to be the photographer. 30 minutes to go

It'll have to be next week now. We got all the way out there and got a phone call about 10 minutes out. The guy was tuning a someones track car who was picking it up today from NY and it was having fuel issues.

 

Well I'm in meeting right now and will be here for the next 4 hour!!! but at least I have my laptop with me and internet connection.
