shhhhhhh. don't tell.

 

I'm still overly excited which is a wierd feeling because I very rarely feel like that. No big plans, maybe throwing a party to have some friends come celebrate with us soon, and we're looking at June 2010 for a wedding so theres no big rush.

 

i work in a hospital emergency room 5 days a week 12 hours a day.
it sucks but the money is good and i get to see alot of weird stuff.
the funny thing is that i am always super busy here at work but always find the time to get on here. the other day i actually realized that i never get on here when i am at home! i do all my fitfreaking at work.

 

^^^ I feel ya. I am only here on my down time at work as well. I rarely am on during the weekend and I am usually just checking in or doing a little bit of lurking.

 

i rarely log on when im home. i hardly ever turn on my home laptop when im home. its like the last thing i want to be doing when i am home.

but on occassion i will check the forum when im waiting somewhere (via iphone).

but i just had a bomb explode on my desk. CEO is coming from Japan and i have a bunch of presentations to put together.

 

Finally, where has this site been? Off for a while....

 

ive been going through withdrawl at work. to get by ive actually been working.

 

ive actually been slammed that last few days. our CEO came in from JDM land and my boss and my boss's boss have been having me to crazy analyses and creating madd presentations. it will all be over friday.

 

I feel your pain. We had 4 people doing my job, as of August 1st we were down to 3 as one received a huge promotion, and this week which happens to be month end financial close one of the other analysts is on vacation so theres 2 of us dealing with everything. Its been crazy all week, I'm kind of glad the sites been down so I can concentrate on work.

 

i need a vacation.

We've got nasty office drama this week, always really but this week is worse, we've got 2 older women who run around our aisle and talk shit about everyone and I called them out on it this week so now they're pissed and our whole aisle is unusually quiet, its kind of nice since today is financial close for the month and I'm busy.

 

its sucks for the awkward tension, but that shit sounds funny.
kudos to you for calling them out on their shit talking.

my boss just came to my desk and said that we have another presentation to get ready for on tuesday and its for the COO. and by we, he means me doing the bulk and him doing... not much.

i wish i was salary (non-exempt). im getting screwed here.

 

dare i say it, can fitfreak crash again so i can get more work done.
