3.1 Stroker with KA24DE pistons, LD28 crank, and 240Z 9mm rod bolt connecting rods and a 1mm metal headgasket. Then a 10.5 pound or less flywheel with a full rotating assembly balancing, and a heavy duty harmonic damper/balancer. After that, use a Comp Cam with a 1500-6000 RPM range, GM distributor conversion, MSA 6-3-2 headers and MSA Twice pipes exhaust. ZG-style Fender flares, headlight covers, and full front air dam, side skirts, and rear valence. Ditch the Federal bumpers and convert it back to the early 70's 240Z bumpers. That's just my two cents. ;) It's damn near impossible to locate a 280ZX Turbo these days. Or at least down here.

I have a '77 280Z 5-speed that's currently being restored too. I'm trying to keep it all original. ^_^
