It damn near has that now! A pair of Super 44s about 18 inches off the headers with a turndown on the driver side and a 90 degree bend with a turndown on the passenger. To clear the saddle tank of course LOL I'm gonna finish her up nice and easy like, wanna make sure I get every detail right. But that first burn-out is gonna be sweeeeeeeetttt!

Hey, you might be able to make that happen by installing some electronic butterfly valves in the exhaust. Just a thought you know. :D

No, the desire to set off car alarms with my exhaust left me before my daughter was born. I have actually considered popping for some Borla XR1s to replace the flowmasters because the 44s are too damn loud on the highway. Any time your mufflers drown out the wail of 33x12.50s on the interstate you are making too much noise LOL

Power steering pump is in, radiator support is on, fan is on, engine is pre-lubed, plug wires are on, engine wiring is done. Just the radiator to hang and plumb, headlights to mount, passenger side exhaust to finish, fill er with gas and away we go! Pics to come, I promise!

Well she finally came back to life this afternoon after more complications than I care to remember. Geting the engine static timed took an act of God to accomplish, and then the fuel pump decided to stop pumping fuel. With the pump from the old engine installed she finally lit up and sounds fantastic! I'm gonna get the wife to help me dynamically time her tomorrow and hope that the oil leak around the rear main seal stops. Pics of the finished project to come, maybe tomorrow.....

Got her timed and running like a champ! She idles like an outlaw class drag car, and I freaking LOVE it! My neighbors are going to love me this winter when I light this beast up to go to work at 4AM! Rear main seal still dripping, not as bad but still. The dash lights have quit and the rear brakes are shot which i will fix tomorrow evening.

Shes back in the pink! Got the brakes sorted out and the headlights working correctly, which leaves only the dash lights to get going and I'm done. I have put about eighty break-in miles on her so far and she runs better/smoother with every passing mile. Now i need to save my pennies for a TCI Maximizer TH400 to go with the new motor LOL Heres some fresh pics for your patience.
