One thing I forgot to mention about that motor. Every oil change, I would adjust the valve clearances, just because I can. Helped to keep the fuel economy, and performance in check. I bought the car with about 80,000km, and sold it at 310,000+ km. Once I had the timing belt fail on the highway. This is an interference motor. All I replaced was the belt and tensioner. There was no valve damage to the motor!

Thanks AJ
Really good info
This car has 117k miles and didn't get any information about the belt. So def. need to take a peek at the belt. It's a/t and doing a 2x flush as the filter is not accessible to change. I like the A/T but it takes a bit of zip out of the engine. But so far it's been a great car with all the LS options in good working order except the entertainment center, aka radio, but it does so much more today.

Hope to hear from you soon
Mike

Nice, how long did it take you to do the tint?

Both windows 25 minutes, super easy. But this tint wasn't very old.

eBay switches cleaned and then used plastic polish and they look like new.

Cut this out after making a paper pattern.

From Ricky to OEM wheel horn, Cruze and signals cut off properly. All my other cars have had a strong mod theme. But this one I want the OEM look.

I was about to ask if that was the direction you were going with this Teg.

Tonight was change the a/t fluid. Then the throttle body.
Yesterday I found a surprise under the positive battery terminal. The ring was split and another end was installed.
The posts cleaned and anti corrosion pads added. Top it all off with battery post spray, and now many, many trouble free starts.

Tomorrow's big change will be the muffler if there's enough time after work. More pix to come. This will make the rear of the teg look much better!
You be the judge on this one.
