Antenna ran backwards! This was after I took it apart. Turn the housing that hold the magnets around and it makes the motor go in reverse!
Makes sense reversed polarity vs. direction.

 

The antenna is still a project but I'm finally understanding how it works. : ^ )

Changed out the interior bulbs for festoon bulbs with 6 SMD, bright white, nice and bright. Ordered another set of 6 with 12 SMD just to see the difference. Nice thing is they'll work in the other hatches too.

 

TYPE R Side Skirts project #175.

Great deal on the skirts. And a surprisingly sweet collection..
So back to project #175. Cleaned these bad boys up, then sanded out scratches. I use a bonding agent then dove grey primer, sprayed the color and stopped till tomorrow.
These will be a little Type R want be decoration. Should have them ready to go on Sunday but will probably wait until I can find some fender welt. But they are so shweet!!

 

Type R covers. I'm planning on 2x tape and button heads screws the keep them looking the part. Also have welt coming to give them that OEM look. ; ^ )
The welt is coming from Hotmess, GA. so I know it's gotta be good right?

 

Buffed the hood and cleaned the engine bay.

Backwoods Bounty

Drove out to Newport News this evening and meet up a good guy Reggie
And brought back all these parts! I painted the tie bar and plan on installing it this weekend! Along with the front a arms, and skirts, good thing it's a long weekend! Ha ha.








So CL was good to the teg today!

nothing like going under ur ride and seeing a nice clean subframe! i keep my subframes clean too.

 

So myman Ben had a killer red 07 mustang with gold pearl ghost flames.
Sold last night on FB.

Knew about this teg for along time and now it's his. For a month at best, lol.
