Pulled the red tails out, and had a good ol time installing the renewed LS tails. Cleaned the housing area and as I dug into the hatch area .... I found lots of missing fasteners. So it was too late and I am too worn out to take her for a ride too listen to the quiet

Under tail light where the bumper attaches to the car.

The original color was grey metalic

Old ps renew ds

It seems the Teg tails leak water in like the USS Valdees leaked oil.
I found lots of dried up slime in the LS tails and 4 oz of water in the red gsr tails?!!

Bonus was finding why the rear cargo light wasn'tworking,
Power was disconnected

Installed the front coilovers and what a difference! It's a learning curve for sure. They didn't have instructions. So after about 8 utube vids I went out and put them together took them apart and reveiwed more vids, lol.but the first one was a bear but the second one went really fast. Comparatively speaking. But it was such a huge improvement I want to replace the rears asap.

All four done, this is a full day project if not longer. But what an improvement over stock worn shocks with drop springs.

Very nice, suspension near the top of my list of future mods, just can't decide if I want to do bags(longer wait time saving cash) or coilovers(trying to find Tein (GK) coilovers that aren't stateside yet :/

Talked to a few that have done the bags and they said its cool for awhile but it changes the camber and wears out tires. All have switched to good coilovers and set the camber to wear tires for a longer life.
Just what I've been told. Stopped me right there when I heard the stupid money it costs for a bag set up. Then tires every 5-10k miles.

Thanks I'm really liken the coilover's ride!

Fixing the center dash

The center section of the dash has been loose and drives me nutz. So there are 2 screws that are behind the flashers and rear defrost switch. There is also a plastic bracket that hole the binders in, and that's what was broken.
Me and my buddy JB Weld, you may know him too. Well we're tight. He's a good friend of mine sticks to me( you see this coming right?) like glue.

So whipped up a couple of batches and the bracket is back together and keeping the dash together, and me a happy camper.
Starting repair with the help of ol' JB.
