okay guys! Picked up all my paint and other needed material from my grandpa over the weekend. My grandpa is the southern PPG distributor so I have a hook up. haha I got to start sanding on the interior today maybe, just as long as I'm done before this Saturday. I took off work Friday so I could dedicate a whole day to paint prep. then going to my dad's shop Saturday and painting teh fit. wish me luck! gonna be HAWT outside.

Oh dude.... You'll have to take off a few more days to recover if it is as hot as it has been... It rained pretty good here last night and it is going to be a steamy bitch for a few days once the cloud cover burns off and the sun is out again... Definitely flashback conditions for old guys like me.

you know, I was just thinking that Dee. It felt amazing after it rained yesterday and was over casted. I was going to sand yesterday, or at least start on it, but i was too lazy so I just install my odysey PC680 and PWJDM battery relocate kit. Looks good. I need to get a better pic though. thing is sooooo small in person.
Right now it feels great outside. To me that is, because I work in an arctic server room condition all day at 60° frozenface.jpg
Going to drink some coffee and see if I can get motivated to do it today after work.

I just finished a pot of coffee and now I'm too wired to attempt anything.... I'm going to have to replace and relocate a small battery to my car... I don't have room for an oil catch can, 7" fan for the intercooler and I need to move it over a tad to be able to put the jet for the water/methanol injector between the IAT and throttle body.... I may have to force myself to go to town for a six pack and get after some of this stuff.

That's cool that you got your car on my 58th birthday... I think I was laid back in bed on the cardiac ECU in Temple that day. Great memories.

Having a spare drycell on the trickle charger is a wise investment "just in case."

few quick shots to share before i completely put her back together
the ENTIRE interior has been repainted storm silver metalic. enjoy!
10 hours of sanding and removing sticky stuff (by only me and my girlfriend ^_^), 4 hours of masking/ taping, 2 hours of priming/sealing & painting (me and my father), 4 hours of drying.
