yup... good that you like it...

ppl need to get over the idea that "it looks weird" or that "its backwards"... for a fwd, moderately bigger in front is better - period.

when is that new rsb going in?

If you posted this on H-T's APC forum I can already see the responses:
Needs moar low
Moar stickers
Moar Brides
More 185's
More 15x11 -36 in the rear

Who thinks it looks weird or is backwards? Oh wait nevermind, you mean those types that don't actually drive the piss out of their car, but instead look for parking lot praise from those that have no idea that their car is now a piece of shit with the decisions they make on sussy and wheel fitment when it comes to handling. Though it doesn't quite matter if you never treat your car like you want to break it or let it know you are boss.

I'll be honest Apexanimal, dont think Im going to be needing anything better than my current progress RSB. the oversteer is quite astonishing.. I dont want to die. lol maybe when the extra weight of the K is in place I will consider it. but for now, OMG IM IN LOVE.

Won't the K add moar oversteer?

That'll be more weight over the front end of the car?

the weight will add to it as well as the power. they both will create oversteer. We will see how it goes.

I gotta stop modding and put this damn motor in already! lol

Lol! I know, I was just kidding. 10s would be a bit overkill IMO. Lucky how Miatas can fit 10s like nothing. I'm getting 8s up front and 7s for the rear for the DC4. I'd go with the 9s for the fronts but I need to use a 180 treadwear tire for the Super Lap Battle Street tire class. 140 treadwear would put me in the Limited class.

Yup. So the plan is to use 205/50/15 for the fronts and the rears.

Might be getting a sponsorship from Falken, so I'll be using the RT-615K which doesn't have a 195/50 available.

i was wondering... although the adjustability might be nice...

you're really making me want to ditch the 16x7's for some 15x8's...

Do it!! I support your decision!

Pros: lighter weight, cheaper tires, sexy, easier to fit. OG Honda status lol

205-50-15"s on the front, 195-50 or 55 on the rear doesn't sound unreasonable at all for street use.

I agree. I had been doing alot of looking for wheels over the past 6 months and ive found tire choice for 16's is HORRENDOUS!!! 15 really is the way to go and 17 is just TOO big for a fit. it can fit but have fun with those potholes and speed bumps!

But in any case I LOVE THIS THREAD! Best set of REAL overall tuning discussions ive found on this forum IMO.

i think i may once the car is officially mine with some additional stuff: springs, bushings (still trying to find some poly for the control arms), and whatnot...
