I have a 2008 Fit (GD3) and I had a recall for the airbags and window power switch 2 times already and the first time is when I purchased the car at a dealership, not from honda tho

Every used car anyone ever purchases should be checked for recalls that need completed, and recheck again periodically in case new recalls are issued that you didn't know about.

ALSO, contact Honda corporate (customer assistance) to update new owner information so you can get notices of new recalls and other important information.

 

theres an airbag recall? how come i am always the last to find out about this.

I bought a 2013 Fit Sport not too long ago. Dealership knew of the recall. I asked them about it and they said I'll be contacted if my vehicle is part of the recall, once Honda gets the fix out.
