Is anyone going to the gymkhana @ gulf greyhound park? I thought it was today but since it's noon till 6pm, I can do that. I might be closer to 1pm but it'd be nice to meet up with fellow Fit owners.

About the gymkhana, I need to fix the toe on my car before I try to play in it.

There are three really nice sweepers by my work and the understeer was horrible. The toe just makes it want to kick out.

Gonna use the string trick and do it myself today probably. Wish me luck.

 

I'm going to watch and hang out... I plan on getting there later like 2pm to hang out and take pics

 

Hmm. Well I get off at 3pm. Does it cost anything to get in??

 

I think it just costs for the drivers. Dont quote me on that though. If anyone knows for sure let us know.

Anyone catching the meteor shower tonight? I heard its supposed to start fairly soon.

Didn't see a lot of meteors, shooting stars or whatever they're called but the few that shot we kinda cool.

 

They were burning out quickly north to south between the Big and Little Dipper constellations.. I saw 4 of them and came inside, the cold air feels good but cervical arthritis pain won out over them.

 

Went to Brickhouse Tavern with Ray last night. Fit is looking good!

 

Are there any clubs down there that has live music, preferably of the blues genre.. I kind of get the impression that TekXoID must not want to see the gals he plays hide the weenie with by the light of day or maybe they are the kind that might eat all of the groceries and steal the table wear and toilet paper.

 

I listen to Texas Coutnry/Americana music...some of it crosses over into the blues genre. Plenty of good concert venues.
