one was not a clean brake. Apparently i will need multiple pins, screws and plates and some physical therapy. Surgery is in 10 days. In so much pain til then.

Keep ice on it and keep it elevated to keep the swelling down and relieve some pain. Can you take pain killers? If not, fast-release tylenol is pretty good, if you have breakthrough pain you can safely alternate ibuprofen and tylenol every 2 hours.

On a lighter note, I asked my g/f what she thought about me getting a no fat chics, car will scrape sticker. Not that I was seriously considering it, but there was a long pause and then... "that's just tacky", lol.
